Ajay Dutt
Business and Operation Head

Ajay Dutt is the Business & Operation Head of Aim Plus and he has more than a decade of experience in Human Resource Industry and diverse extensive leadership experience in all areas of HR including Recruitment, Talent Management, Learning & Development and Operations.

Ajay is leading a transformation of AIM plus’s business strategy, adding new business lines that have expanded the company's ability to assist clients and candidates in navigating the changing world of work. Ajay is a true thought leader within his industry, and a pioneer in emerging markets.

Ajay is known as a strong proponent of job training and workforce development initiatives. Outside the company, prior to joining AIM PLUS, Ajay had held the position of Vice President and worked with New Era (I) consultancy Pvt ltd for around 10 years.
Ajay has a bachelor's degree from Delhi University and Masters of Business Administration from AMITY University. In addition to that Ajay’s interest is to share his in-depth knowledge of the industry & has given many articles in The Times of India News paper and some of the global magazines about the industry and its trends.

Shrihari Bhat

Shrihari Bhat is the Head of Training & Developments at Aim Plus; Mr.Bhat has held many senior leadership positions in semiconductor industry during his 20+ years of corporate career. He comes with extensive experience in building and managing large high performance teams, both in India and abroad. He worked in different geographical locations like India, Japan & USA. He worked closely with teams spread cross many countries - US, UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Korea, Japan & Singapore.

During his career with companies like Tata Motors, L&T, VLSI, Philips, NXP and Trident, he had taken ownership of developing leadership talent pool. He has conducted many training programs in the area of high performance teams.

The training topics include technical leadership, team dynamics & problem solving, innovation vs. operational excellence, transformational leadership, career planning etc.

He completed his Engineering from NIT Surathkal in 1988 and his MBA in year 1999.
